In an environmental and social approach, Santos has recently made some modifications in its factory that promote the comfort of the working environment of operators, while also contributing to the reduction of our ecological impact.

To do so, we changed the entire roof to improve our energy efficiency and limit our thermal losses.

We also opted for sustainable and eco-friendly lighting by replacing all our luminaires with led lamps.

We finally dressed our factory with decorative tarpaulins to make the working environment more pleasant.

Santos launches its new silent, fast and durable coffee grinder!

The "on-demand" coffee grinder #59 is equipped with an LCD screen, a pulse function and a portafilter holder. It offers a precise, regular dosage and excellent visibility of ground coffee output.

Santos is launching the Flextor™, an innovative and exclusive vibration absorption system that will soon equip the high-performance range of brushless blenders #62 and #66.

Santos is launching a new version of its high output lever citrus juicer #70, available from January 2021.
Adapted to intensive use thanks to its powerful asynchronous motor and high output, it extracts juice from all types of citrus: lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruits. Due to its spout height, it accepts both jugs and glasses.
This new version brings many advantages in terms of safety, design and ease of use:

• Reduction of vibrations thanks to the new special seals integrated into the device.
• Quieter and more pleasant use for the operator thanks to the integration of a flexible cover.
• Better protection of the device against juice splash thanks to the use of a new switch which has been moved to the side.
• Perfect integration of the device into any workspace thanks to its new black color.

Today, Santos is completely redesigning the packaging of its devices and eliminating polystyrene. In fact, the packaging of the espresso coffee grinders range has been replaced by recycled cardboard inserts, 100% from local suppliers.

But in addition to being environmentally friendly, these packaging are ergonomic. Santos created a bell-shaped packaging and removed the staples for easy, tool-free unpacking. Handles at different heights have been added, allowing effortless unpacking, both on the ground and on a bar.

In order to meet the market’s demand and protect consumers concerned by food allergies, we have launched coloured jugs for our brushless blender #62. Available in yellow and red, these new jugs help avoid cross-contact with allergens, as you can simply associate recipes containing allergen ingredients to a specific colour.

We are proud to launch the first counter-top commercial cold press juicer that can be used in front of the customer.

Thanks to its patented cold press system, the cold press juicer 65 slowly presses any fruits, veggies, or herbs, preserving all the nutrients, minerals and vitamins, and offering a maximum juice extraction.

This will be a must-have appliance to make healthy and nutritional cold pressed juices, on-demand, in front of the customer.
